Return & Refund Policy

1Merchandise (Apparel/Accessories)

Return Window:

Request within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable:

Final-sale items, gift cards, hygiene-sensitive items, and items damaged due to misuse.

Process:

  • Email support@khar.co with order ID, reason, and photos (if defective).
  • We confirm eligibility and provide return instructions or pickup address.
  • After inspection, we issue refunds within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Costs:

If the item is defective/wrong, we cover return shipping; otherwise, return shipping may be deducted.

2Event Tickets

General Rule:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If We Cancel:

You'll receive a full refund within 7–10 working days.

If We Reschedule:

Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you can't attend, request a refund within 72 hours of the new-date announcement.

Name Corrections:

Minor spelling fixes may be allowed before gate-list finalization; contact support@khar.co.

3Wrong/Defective Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we'll replace or refund.
